Last Circle Privacy Policy
Developer: Apzilon
Effective date:
Last Circle (the "Game") is a mobile game by Apzilon.
Information we collect
The Game does not collect, receive or share any personal information. It has no user accounts and never asks for your real name, email, phone number or location. The name you choose in the Game can be any nickname, and it stays on your device.
The Game does not connect to the internet, and it contains no advertising, in-app purchases, analytics or crash reporting. It is built with the Godot engine and the standard Android system libraries that it needs in order to run.
Information stored on your device
The Game saves your progress (chapters, rescued residents, upgrades, an unfinished run and the name you choose) and your settings (sound, vibration, controls) only in the app's own storage on your device. This data is never sent to us and we cannot access it.
The Game may also keep a recovery copy of your save data in the same app storage. This copy is not a cloud backup.
To delete it, clear the app's data in your device settings or uninstall the Game.
App permissions
The Game requests no device permissions (such as camera, microphone, contacts, location, files or internet access).
System backup
The Game turns off Android's automatic backup, so its save data is not backed up to your Google account. If you uninstall the Game or change devices, your progress is lost.
Google Play
Google Play may collect information when you download or use apps, under Google's own privacy policy, which we do not control. The statistics we see in Google Play Console are aggregated and do not identify you.
Children
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over. The Game collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Testers, support and contacting us
If you send us your email address to join a test of a game, we use it only to add you to the tester list on Google Play and to contact you about the test.
If you send us feedback or a support request, we use your message only to reply and to improve the game. We never sell or share it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time (see Contact below).
Your rights under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA)
Because our games collect no personal data, we hold no game data about you to access, correct or delete. For an email or message you sent us yourself (see Testers, support and contacting us), you can ask to see, correct or delete it by contacting us as below.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of a game collects any data (for example player accounts or cloud saves), we will update this page before that change takes effect, show the revision date, and explain what is collected and why.
